Sebastian is a 9 year old boy living in a remote mountain village in France. He is bullied by the other boys for not having a mother, but Sebastian doesn't let that stop him from enjoying every day to the fullest. One day, he finds a large white Great Pyrenees that has been falsely accused of causing trouble around town. He names her Belle and to save her from being put down, they travel to Spain along with his little dog Poochie. Together they have many adventures as Sebastian searches for his long lost mother.
